The White House drug czar (and former Seattle police chief has called for an end to use of the term "War on Drugs." A positive step; now if we can just stop calling people in charge of stuff 'czars.' And stop turning impressionable, possibly disturbed kids into a ragtag paramilitary fighting force, that would be cool too.
